    I found this series by accident, and I don't really remember how. I have loved it from the first paragraph. I too want a HEA for M, but I will also be sad the series is ending. Thanks for a great series, great characters, and many great reads! This is a series I will read more than once.

Is there a chance of a spin off series that focuses on the next generation of these characters? I have many ideas for book series of all varieties, but there are no concrete plans at this time. There will be 13 Chicagoland Vampires books and at least 3 Devil's Isle books. 2: Does Merit have shifter blood in her lineage? Nope! She was entirely human before becoming a vampire. 3: Does Mallory become an Ombusdman in this book or is she still going to become connected to House Cadogen as discussed in House Rules? That was a long time ago but in order for me to enjoy one nowadays it has to fit a couple of requirements for me.
