Coming up in March

I've been on a reading binge for weeks getting ready for all of the upcoming reviews! So many new releases in February and March I hardly know where to begin. 




1: S.J. Maas released the second book in Crescent City 'House of Sky and Breath'. That review will be coming up at the end of March. 

2: Jennifer L. Armentrout's new release in the Flesh and Fire series 'The War of Two Queens' will be up next week. 

3:The last book in the Mafia Wars series dropped today! 'Blades of Iris' by K.A. Knight is a much anticipated dark romance read and I'll have that review for you by next week!!! 



1:Autumn's Tithe by Hannah Parker. This is a new series by Hannah Parker. Autumn's Tithe is book one. What really happens to the young girls that are chosen to enter fairy? One young girl breaks the rules to find out.

2: Electric Idol by Katee Robert. This is book two in the Dark Olympus series. Book one was Neon Gods the dark urban retelling of Hades and Persephone. Electric Idol is the retelling of Eros and Psyche.

3: Gallant by V.E. Schwab is the new YA dark fantasy story of a young girl by the name of Olivia Prior. Gallant explores the places between the real world and the shadows that meet it.  

What's new in the book club? We're reading 'The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue' by V.E. Schwab. Want to join in on the reading the fun? I'll be posting updates to the book beginning next week in our Facebook Book Group. The Book Whisperers Book Talk

Is there a chance of a spin off series that focuses on the next generation of these characters? I have many ideas for book series of all varieties, but there are no concrete plans at this time. That Darkness by Lisa Black Thank you to Netgalley for copy of this Arc in exchange for a fair review. So Maggie is a forensic investigator for the Cleveland Police Department, and she has seen a lot of bodies, but this young girl who was never reported missing sparks Maggie to leave no stone uncovered. Jack is a killer, there really is only problem with that he is also a detective with the Cleveland Police Department. He is also on the hunt for the killer of the young, but for very different reasons and his uneasy alliance with Maggie may just be the end of home. I feel like this is almost too spoilerish for me, but if you look up the book you can actually read all of that information in the synopsis so...I guess I didn't spoil anything.
