I won a copy of the ARC in a Goodreads giveaway.
A woman is racing away from something when she ends up crashing her car into a pole. Across town Tom arrives home to find his home unlocked and his wife missing. Thinking nothing of it he makes dinner and waits, by as time passes the more worried he gets so he calls 911. Shortly after police officers arrive at his house to tell him that his wife has been in an accident.
They also relay the details of the reckless driving which will most likely result in charges, when Tom arrives at the hospital he is stunned to find out that Karen doesn't remember a thing. Soon their neighbor Brigid arrives to visit with Karen, and Tom wonders what is going to happen. They consult with a lawyer, but both Karen and Tom are completely shocked when a set of Detectives arrive at their house to question Karen about a murder.
Soon Tom is at a complete loss as to what is going on or even who his wife is, Karen is frightened but knows she couldn't possibly have killed someone. Meanwhile Brigid is watching and waiting.
I hate being so vague, but so much happened in this book that I know I would give away major details if I really want on about this book. I am still not quite sure if I like the ending, but it thrilled me and threw me for a loop. Everything I suspected was not quite right. I will say that I really didn't like any of the characters, they were all liars and just a tad crazy. However, it worked I couldn't stop reading this, I just could not until I finished it.

Thank you to Avon and Netgalley for a copy of the eARC in exchange for a fair review.
This book is told with several different viewpoints, and an unnamed man, unnamed girl, Stephanie, and Maggie. The unnamed is a kidnapper, the unnamed girl has been kidnapped and Stephanie is the Aunt of a young girl that has just been kidnapped, and Maggie is the grandmother of young girl Zoe who was kidnapped in the 80s.
The story opens with the unnamed girl meeting a man outside a sweet shop and how he convinces her to go with him. It then switches to Stephanie who has just learned that her niece Grace has been kidnapped after walking home from school. Almost immediately you start to learn that Stephanie and her family have secrets.
Maggie begins to receive calls and flowers from an unknown person who tells her they have a surprise for her, but mainly she is shocked Grace has been kidnapped in the same manner as her granddaughter Zoe.
I can't tell you much more than that because it will spoil the story for you. I will say that I was a bit confused at first as to the alternative perspectives and who was who. For a longer time, I didn't understand why Stephanie had a part in this story, but I will say that this was engrossing and I was unable to put it down.
I had to know what was going to happen, and I was completely shocked when it was finally revealed who the unknown people were in those chapters. I guessed wrong several times as to who and how people fit into the story. I also must admit that I loved the inclusion of 99 Red Ballon, that is one of my favorite 80s songs and I love to hear it in German.

Thank you to Sky Pony Press for a couple of this book in exchange for a fair review.
Hadley borrows her boyfriend's car on the night of the one year anniversary of her best friend's death. He then posts a naked picture of her on Facebook, and when Hadley runs up into the tower to think, she runs into her ex-boyfriend Josh.
She then invites him to go to the party with her and as they are leaving an accident almost occurs and the path diverges. In one path Hadley, Brooklyn, Josh and Mia all head to Cincinnati to plan the ultimate revenge on Ben for posting that picture, in the other they all go to the party.
So in different paths, the same things unfold in a different timeframe. Hadley finds that her boyfriend is upset about more than the car, and then secrets start coming to light.
So I know I was vague but spoilers, come on now you know me by now. What I will say is I loved this, I admit I was intrigued when I saw that it was compared to Sliding Doors, which I love. It is the only movie I love with what's her name in it. I wasn't sure that I would love this, and I admit when it goes to different paths you have to be paying attention it took me two chapters to catch on. So just so you know it starts off all on one timeline when it seems like they are going to hit a car it then switches between paths.
I loved the friendships in this book, loved them! Hadley was okay she grew on me as the book went on. I wasn't sure about Josh he was frustrating in both paths, and Ben was just well I can't say too much about him, but yeah..
I couldn't stop reading this, I had to see how it would end I was on the edge of my seat until the very end.

Thank you to Aria and Netgalley for a copy of the eARC in exchange for a fair review.
North has just found out her best friend Kelly has been found on a jogging trail hanging from a tree and the police believe that it was a suicide but North knows that isn't true. Kelly used to tell her that if she was ever found hanging from a tree on a jogging trail by a dog walker that it was murder, not suicide.
North has had trouble in the past so most people believe that she has gone over the edge with her determination to prove that Kelly didn't kill herself, but she knows that Kelly would fight for the truth if it was her, and so she sets out to find the truth.
North learns that Kelly was pregnant and it wasn't her boyfriend Dean's baby, everyone else uses that as the excuse to justify the suicide. However, that just cements North's convictions and she begins to dig deeper knowing that the yacht is the key to what happened to her she makes plans to go visit the yacht and find the truth.
Soon it seems that she in over her head, lucking Elijah from work has been keeping her company and helping her uncover the truth. But the crew is afraid, and the only person it willing to talk to her and she is told that it isn't uncommon for girls to leave the yacht early and just disappear.
I am torn in my feelings for this book, the mystery was a bit pat, but I loved the characters and I loved North's determination to do right by her friend no matter the cost. I couldn't stop reading the book at all I finished it in one sitting.
I will say initially I was wondering if the twist would be something different, I know vague but I hate spoilers and I realized if I typed out what I was going to say that I would steal that wondering from you and I just can't do that! Ha sorry, I am bad...

Thank you to Sky Pony Press for a copy of the ARC in exchange for a fair review.
Katherine and Matthew meet at the University in England. When Katherine looks him up online to find out more information about him, she finds articles from 20 years earlier that name a different Matt and Katherine as terrorists.
When she confronts her gran she finds that Katherine was her Aunt and they never believed that she was a terrorist. As Katherine begins a connection with Matthew they are soon drawn into the past to uncover the truth of their relatives.
However, they soon find that they meet over and over again. In 1854, 1754 and so many other timelines. But, they always die and this time Katherine wants things to be different. Trying to stay one step ahead of the government that killed the previous versions of them is tricky! Will they be able to complete their mission? Will they find out the truth?
Whew, at first this sort of seemed like a straight out past lives book, but it was so much more than that. It alternates between 3 different timelines 1745, 1845, and 2039 with documents and journals from the 2019 timeline. In each place, they randomly meet and fall in love. Sometimes it isn't a smooth ride for them and they often end up in dangerous places. Like the English border during Bonnie Prince Charlies's uprising or the Crimean War.
I don't want to say too much because I don't want to spoil anything but this was a fantastic read and I did consider the ending a bit of a twist. I did not see that coming, and I admit I had reached a certain level of frustration like what were they supposed to do? Why did they keep coming back? I must say I was happy with the ending it wasn't anything crazy, but it was interesting and special I thought. A reminder that sometimes the right two people can create or change something in just one way that changes everything forever.

However, once she sees them it is like no time has passed, although they are even more handsome than she remembers and both of them want her. Lily feels guilty because she is unable to choose between the two of them, but she knows she has to get married. So she flips a coin and then proposes to Charles. She is shocked when he agrees and then they broach the subject of her being with both of them.
She will be wife in name to Charles, but William will treat her as his secret wife, and suddenly Lily no longer has to choose at all. But, before she can be happily ever after she starts receiving threatening notes trying to extort money out of her. What has her husband done? What will be exposed? Is their friendship strong enough to survive sharing the only woman they ever loved?
Whew, this book is hot....sizzling... I had a couple of issues with some minor things, but I devoured this it was so good. I couldn't put it down. I enjoyed every minute of this book. I actually wish it had been longer. It just wrapped up too quickly for me.

About the book:
I’m not crazy. My mother may have died with everyone believing she was insane, but I refuse to accept that as my fate. Even if I am recalling memories about a life I never lived. A life that includes the mysterious James—a guy I’ve only just met, but feel as if I’ve known all my life. The memories are coming hard and fast, and I’m falling down a rabbit hole with consequences that far exceed anything I could have ever imagined. And now, someone is trying to kill me.
Someone from my past who knows about my visions and is looking for something he believes I took from him. All I have to do is figure out how these memories relate to the present and maybe I’ll survive to live another day.
